We are happy to fulfill the concept that was initiated way back in 1999

by Resp.Br.Karunaji to present a programme based on vegetarian cooking

called " SAATVIK" while launching India's First Spiritual Channel "SANSKAR"

at Shantivan.Finally after 11 years though , we have come up with a show on

BK-Youtube Channel with the same name " SAAATVIK- The Pure Food Show".



Through this show we would be showcasing different recepies that can be easily

cooked in rememberance of supreme soul without putting much effort.We hope all

of you will enjoy cooking Saatvik Food. Om Shanti.
